The Web Poetry Corner - Alfy Andrews - How could I be such a fool?

How could I be such a fool?

by

Alfy Andrews

Miles to go on this narrow road
It's hard with many a foe
I try to look around and deviate
To a easy way leading to heaven's gate
Like a lonely bird that would drift
I fly offcourse, yea I try to shift
Soon I find that Ive entered forbidden waters
Like a lost fish I search for my school
Oh.,the narrow way seems to far better
Let me get back, How could I be such a fool?
