The Web Poetry Corner - Alfy Andrews - Forgot to pray
Forgot to pray
by
Alfy Andrews
During the night ,strange sounds I hear
Sometimes spine-chilling , I fear
Images of no meaning ,roll befor my eyes
Sometimes small, also big in size
Why should my mind refuse to rest?
I see, lots of trash my mind molest.
I get up from the bed and I begin to say
What really went wrong today?
Then out of the dark clouds came a bright ray
Illuminating my mind it began to say
Son, throught the day, you forgot to pray!
NEXT?
Why don't you look at
