Here is the last miracle of time
August noon which inches around
The clock too fast but slipping
Down the face it is moving now
Towards night. In these fading
Minutes what we touch we feel
What we feel we remember, what
We remember we will always
Have. What we have will last
Forever in our hearts until we die.
