The Web Poetry Corner - Alan C. Keimig - Letting Me

Letting Me

by

Alan C. Keimig

Awaken me as I wander down the
Long hollow of your back drowsing
In the dream of my own breathing
Tasting salt along your weariness
In meandering strokes. The night
Remains for more but the small
Boundaries of your body beat the
Heart into a vast feeling lips
Coiled down the distance of your
Shoulders inside and out a smooth
Comfort transfigured by your letting.
