The Web Poetry Corner - Adam Gosha - Thoughts on a Man Seen Twice at the Library

Thoughts on a Man Seen Twice at the Library

by

Adam Gosha

They exist. The ones who talk to
themselves while ridding their bicycles. Thank
the fate of humanity (that) they exist.
These most beautiful creatures, feeling
no fear from society. They've
already been through that war, and
they've already won. Singing, laughing,
dancing, in front of it all. People laugh
(at them), but the creatures love it.
The people are only laughing at themselves,
not being able to break free,
not being able to experience what they feel.
They are crying.
