The Web Poetry Corner - Adam Gosha - The Black and the Black: Lesson Two

The Black and the Black: Lesson Two

by

Adam Gosha

Blank page, the brain's a torture
devise, devine! Blank stare, unlike other
days piercing grey eyes.
Are you willing, or comfortable
with drinking another glass of my pouring
hearts blood? Emotions again fill
me drowning, my lungs
can't breathe but love-seasoned
oxygen. Memories of love's fatal wounds:
the other side, looking in, then
looking away, and in me still staring while I
sink below conscienceness.
