Shattered Dream Three-Fifteen
by
Adam Gosha
The jazz plays nightly when the sun is
dead. Reality gathers on the dance floor
while fabrication sleeps. The bop explodes with
beautiful blue smoke from cigarettes of
friendship and endless love. The band breaks
and a poet sings about the dreams of
freedom and sunsets of a nation's
shut-down. The ocean roars and dances again, with
an energy so surreal that only
Dali could have molded such a fantastic
scene.
