The Web Poetry Corner - Adam Gosha - Act Three, Scene Forever
Act Three, Scene Forever
by
Adam Gosha
Award winning sculptures and
figures of speech, with lovely
gray eyes dancing across pages
of amateur writer's block.
Guillotine blood fills paintbrush
cup, canvas thick with daylight
favoritism. Grandfather clocks,
and none of the above, the
deaths they signal every second,
and on seasoned dust gathered
in obsolete flesh. Miniature
creatures orbit center stage, the
curtains close, and the lights they
fade to black.
