The story is about a man involved in health insurance. He has to go through a series of traps if he wants to see his family again. Detective Hoffman is continuing to hide his secret as the cops are closing in on him. The story of SAW VI is very interesting. It's good to see political problems and how they can become monsters. The plot is stronger than most of the previous sequels. The writing is great by Patrick Melton and Marcus Dunstan. They answered many, close to all, questions from SAW through SAW V. The concept of this movie is great.
The acting is quite good. Tobin Bell gives a stellar performance. Betsy Russell (Jill Tuck) gives a great performance. Each and every character interact perfectly throughout. There are a few lines that fall flat, but in general, the acting is just fine.
The budget has grown over the years for this franchise. Lionsgate and Twisted Pictures, finally see how big of a profit SAW has become. The traps are bigger and props are more realistic. The traps are creative and keep you on the edge of your seat.
Overall, SAW VI revives the series. This is one of the best SAW entries since the original. The characters are more in-depth and realistic. The ending is a huge twist. Nobody will expect the ending, as was true in the first. The writers listened to the fans and brought Amanda back. Many questions have been answered from the previous films. This is a must-see for any horror fan.
